Shipping Locations
We currently ship worldwide, with the majority of our orders shipping within the United States.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier once the order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Customers can also track their order using the SHOP app for real-time updates.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
