We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Broken components
- Tarnishing beyond normal wear
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request a warranty review, please contact our customer service team and include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
- Your order number and/or email used to place order
Once received, our team will review your claim.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will issue either a refund or a gift card for the original purchase value of the item. The resolution method will be determined at our discretion.
Additional Notes
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 1 year of the original purchase date.
- Normal wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents may not be covered.
- This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
